We are pleased to offer you hand fabricated, artisan jewelry and hope you are completely satisfied with all that is jules. We hand select gorgeous gemstones, unusual organic minerals and luxurious materials. We’re proud that color and size will vary slightly, which makes our jewelry extraordinarily unique and inherently one of a kind.

Due to the hand-fabricated nature of jules product, credit cards will be processed upon receipt of your order. Please make any cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order.

10.25% sales tax required by law on all orders billed or shipped in Illinois.

Each piece of jewelry is handmade to order in our studio. As such, we require up to two weeks to process and make you order and will ship as soon as possible.

Shipping | Handling
Your order is hand fabricated to order in our Chicago studio and will be filled as quickly as possible. Please allow one to two weeks for your order to ship. All orders are shipped via insured UPS Ground for $10. Expedited fabrication and delivery may be available, additional costs apply. If you need an order by a specific date, please indicate in the special instructions section and we will do our very best to accommodate your request. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Return | Repair Policy
Returns: Due to the custom, made-to order nature of our artisan jewelry, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges. We cannot accept returns made at our retail partners.

Repairs: We stand behind our superior craftsmanship. In the unlikely event repair is needed due to normal usage, you may return for repair up to 12 months after date of purchase. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number. Repair charges may apply.

You are responsible for all shipping, to and from our studio, original shipping charges are non-refundable. All repair packages must be prepaid, packaged protectively and securely shipped via traceable carrier. You must obtain a Return Authorization number and mailing instructions for repairs by sending a note to: info@shopjules.com. We cannot accept COD deliveries. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer to process the repair.

Privacy Policy:
Jules values the trust you have placed in us. We recognize and respect your privacy. Any information you provide is kept private and never, ever shared with third parties. All information and online transactions sent via Internet are encrypted and protected using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Technology and Verisign.
